Dear New Fourth Grader and Parents,

          The fourth grade is full of exciting learning opportunities and activities.  We look forward to having your child in class.  We also hope you enjoy your summer.

Here are the items you will need when you enter our classrooms next fall:  (Please label with your child’s name)

          4       Pocket folders

1       box of tissues

2       Hard cover composition notebooks with 100 pages.

          5       Packages of 200 sheets of loose-leaf paper. 

          10     Packs of pencils

          What will be provided for your child?

          1       A pencil box to store tools.

          1       Box of crayons

          1       Pair of scissors

          1       Glue stick

          We will provide time for a morning or afternoon snack most days.  Please provide your child with a small, healthy snack each day.

          We use a lot of paper and pencils throughout the year, so please check with your child monthly to find out if they need to be restocked.  Again, it will be a very busy year.  We look forward to working with all of you.
