EAST VIEW IS A NO BULLY SCHOOL
What is bullying:
Bullying is being mean to someone continuously on purpose.
Physical bullying includes:
Hitting, pushing, pinching,slapping, kicking, scratching, punching.
Emotional bullying:
Name calling, teasing, mean looks, threats, spreading rumors, gossiping, making fun of, excluding, stealing, ruining property.
Fighting and name calling makes bullying worse.
What can I do about bullying?
Walk away, ignore, use kindness, use humor, tell the person to stop, tell them how you feel, say "SO", "Broken Record" technique, stand up to others you see bullying - be sure it is safe,
talk to a grown up, fill out a bully complaint form.
