  • Personal Learning Plans

A Personal Learning Plan (PLP) is a student driven, goal oriented collaboration between the student, teacher, counselors, or other stakeholders in a child's education. A PLP includes short, long term, academic, and personal goals.  The purpose of a PLP is to encourage self motivation for the student as they take ownership in their own education.

The OCSD Learning Technology Grant along with Liberty Partnerships has developed three different PLP templates that serve a target population for Special Education, Title I, and Liberty Partnerships.
